    We appreciate finding a new IT support company or website designer can be a daunting process, we are here to help and are a friendly bunch. However, please find below answers to our most asked questions.

    Dream IT is a Northampton based IT company,  we have been established for 10 years and deal with many local business from organisations with 1 Owner/Director to companies with over 100 members of staff.

    We can offer “one off” fixed price ad-hoc work (on a no fix no fee basis) to a full I.T support contract,  your initial chat/consultation would be without obligation and completely free of charge while we asses your requirements, we would then suggest the work to be done in order of priority with a break down of timings and costs involved

    We can do one off jobs that can costs as little £60, to complete IT overhaul costing in excess of £10,000, some of of regular customers spend £100 per year for basic website and email support, and other larger  organisations can spend £5000 a month.

    The cloud refers to software and services that run on the Internet, instead of locally on your computer. Most cloud services can be accessed through a Web browser like Google Chrome, We offer off-site cloud back up which basically means your data is stored on an encrypted server at a secure location

    We use the strongest available TLS (end to end) encryption for our data transfers and our UK based  servers are fully ISO 27001 compliant. We are also compliant with all current GDPR legislation

    We can arrange a meeting within a few days of your first contact and can often start work straight away,  websites design and builds do vary depending on complexity,  but on average they take between 2 and 4 weeks.

    Probably not,  there are many things that can be done to PC’s to speed them up without the expense of new computer,  anything purchased in the last 3-5 years if set up correctly should be more than adequate for most environments.

    Yes we do, we can supply and install all types of PC’s, phones and tablets,  we can also offer lease purchase agreements where you pay a fix cost per month and own them outright at the end of the term (usually 3 years)

    Other than software and hardware IT support, website design and building as well as microsoft email hosting other recent jobs have included CCTV installations, VoIP phone systems installations and a complete site moves including all cabling, trunking and set up.
